Diagnostic ultrasound scans

A diagnostic scan helps us see what’s happening beneath the skin. You can book a scan on its own or as part of your treatment, and we’ll talk you through the findings during your appointment.

Steroid injections

Steroid injections aim to reduce inflammation and pain in joints and soft tissues. By easing symptoms, they can create a window for you to move more comfortably and make progress with your rehabilitation.

Hyaluronic acid injections

Hyaluronic acid injections, including Ostenil, Ostenil Plus and Durolane, aim to support joint lubrication and function. They’re commonly used for people with osteoarthritis, particularly in the knee.

Prolotherapy

Prolotherapy aims to stimulate the body’s natural tissue repair and regeneration processes. It may be considered for some long-standing ligament and tendon problems.

High-volume injections

High-volume injections are used to treat some chronic tendon problems, such as Achilles and patellar tendinopathy. They’re usually combined with a structured loading programme to support recovery.
