There are important differences between moveBeyond™ Clinical Pilates and other Pilates offerings
- The first is the clinical expertise of our instructors. All sessions, be they 1:1 appointments or small classes, are taken by members of our team who are by chartered physiotherapists with APPI qualifications, thus adding a superior level of injury and rehabilitation knowledge.
- Your moveBeyond™ Clinical Pilates program is also designed specifically for you, taking into consideration your clinical history, current diagnosis or injury and any movement inadequacies that might be causing you pain or holding you back from achieving your long-term goals. We have specific programs for mothers to be and new mothers.
- Our moveBeyond™ Clinical Pilates classes have a maximum of 3 participants, each working to their own program. They provide the superb balance of a motivating class environment with the security, hands-on attention and clinical expertise of a physiotherapist, not available in studio classes.

Faye's no nonsense approach to rehab is impressive. The moveBeyond™ 1:1 Pilates, and the very small classes focus on strengthening the injury with specific exercises on the mat and on the pilates reformer. Classes are always challenging with a real focus on form and alignment. You learn how to manage your rehab to strengthen the injury, and to prevent future injuries. I always leave the sessions feeling confident about my rehab, and physically stronger. You are given a set of personalised exercises to keep you going until the next session which I always look forward to. The new and dedicated pilates studio with the view over Parsons Green is awesome. The studio is bright, and covid clean. All the staff are super helpful.

I’ve enjoyed Pilates with Faye for over a year now. Faye makes the sessions varied and fun, while constantly challenging me to progress. And it’s really working for me; I’m managing to keep my core strong and my slipped disc under control. I’ve even been able to pick up running again.

It’s been wonderful working with Faye. She is wonderful at listening to my individual concerns and tailoring my programme to meet my specific needs. Our moveBeyond™ classes are always so varied and interesting and she takes such care. She is a brilliant listener and also lots of fun which helps! Most importantly my progress in just 3 months has been incredible. From barely being able to sustain a 30 second plank when I started, I can now do 2 minutes. She makes me challenge myself, even when I don’t want to, and my strength and endurance has improved beyond what I could have possibly believed in such a short space of time. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be working with her.

As a second time mum of babies 22 months apart I decided this time round to invest in my wellbeing. Not only to build up my strength and reduce pain for myself, but also to better enable me to look after two busy babies. I saw Marta for a post-birth assessment and loved her so much I signed up for her post-nanatal pilates classes. These session have been instrumental in my recovery and they are a major highlight of my week. Marta is an amazingly talented and knowledgeable physio. She is also incredibly genuine, caring and fun. I cannot recommend her more highly. Do yourself a favour and book!

Faye has a wealth of knowledge and boundless creativity in establishing exercise routines tailor fit to the issue. Faye helps you to exercise with intent. My one-on-one Pilates classes have been nothing short of life changing. Following an initial assessment I was given an individual program of exercises which is closely monitored and regularly updated. The results are clear with my strength and stamina increasing week on week. The clinic is gorgeous and the whole team at Beyond Health are friendly and super-professional. They really make you feel as though you are part of the family. I cannot recommend highly enough.
