Adam Ouston

Adam graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a first class honors degree in Sport and Physical Activity, followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy from The Robert Gordon University. His studies have deepened his knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment techniques, and understanding of musculoskeletal conditions.

Two years of experience in rotational roles within the NHS helped build a solid foundation of knowledge in various physiotherapy settings. Additionally, he served as a semi-professional team physiotherapist for a well renowned rugby team in Scotland, ensuring positive outcomes in acute injury management. His clinical interests include running-related injuries and lower limb injuries, though he enjoys a challenge from all areas of the body.

Adam’s diverse experience also includes working in clinics in New Zealand, where he sharpened his skills in managing sports injuries, and at an international ski resort based in Japan, where he deepened his understanding of ski and snowboard-related injuries. Through hands-on practice in these settings, he managed to cultivate a comprehensive approach to injury management and prevention, ensuring the well-being of athletes and enthusiasts alike.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys an active lifestyle, regularly participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, and snowboarding. He maintains his fitness through gym sessions and long-distance running, having completed both the Edinburgh Half and Full Marathon. Adam values the role of physical activity in preserving a high quality of life. He looks forward to exploring his new found home in London whilst continuing his passion for adventure sports.
