Katherine Amps

Katherine graduated from Loughborough University in 2019 with a first class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science, before completing her Physiotherapy MSc at Brunel University.

Katherine has spent a year working with the British Army and is now splitting her time between Beyond Health and Harlequins Rugby Club where she works as a Physiotherapist covering a variety of MSK related conditions, post operative rehabilitation, concussions and emergency life support.

Katherine played hockey for both Reading hockey club and Loughborough university, before taking up triathlon and has recently returned from the ironman 70.3 world championships as well as representing Great Britain in the recent Middle Distance European Championships!

Katherine’s approach to physiotherapy is holistic, taking into account each patients unique needs and goals. She uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription to help her patients recover from injury, manage pain and improve their overall physical function.
