Camilla graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in New Zealand.
She spent a number of years working in private musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she developed a particular interest in working with runners and triathletes. Alongside her clinical work, Camilla competed in an Ironman 70.3, giving her first-hand insight into the demands of training, performance, and injury rehabilitation.
Camilla then moved to Whistler, Canada, where she worked as a massage therapist while pursuing her love of skiing, hiking, and an active outdoor lifestyle.
Camilla brings a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, combined with a hands-on approach to treatment. She is also trained in dry needling, which she incorporates into her treatment approach where appropriate.
She is passionate about making a meaningful difference to her clients and takes a holistic approach to treatment, considering the individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on their symptoms. Camilla works collaboratively with each client to understand their goals and develop a personalised treatment plan. Her aim is to support long-term recovery, optimise performance and help clients return to activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Camilla enjoys running, hiking, and skiing. Since moving to London, she enjoys exploring the city and making the most of everything it has to offer.
