Growing up in the Surrey Hills, Alex developed a strong passion for sport and living an active lifestyle from a young age. Playing academy and regional level football alongside school rugby gave him first-hand experience in both performance sport and injury rehabilitation.
He completed a BSc in Physiotherapy and has since gained over 5 years of experience working across private clinics, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from acute injuries through to late stages.
Alex has a particular interest in running and sports-related injuries, specialising in the late-stage rehabilitation of running, football and rugby injuries, alongside running coaching and return to performance rehabilitation. He has previously worked with high-level runners, as well as professional and academy level football and rugby players.
He is passionate about helping people not only recover from injury but thrive beyond it, taking great satisfaction in seeing clients reach and exceed their goals, whether that is returning to sport, improving performance, or building long-term confidence in their movement.
Outside of work, he developed a strong passion for running and recently completed the 2025 London Marathon. He continues to stay active through playing football, running and going to the gym.
