Jess graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences, before completing her MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Gloucestershire.
Jess began her career in private practice in central London, working with a diverse range of MSK and vestibular conditions, with a particular focus on sporting injuries and both pre-and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her deep-rooted passion for health and optimal function drives her to deliver the best outcomes for every client, ensuring treatments are tailored for long-term success and overall well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Jess is a passionate swimmer, having competed at Olympic trial level, and has a strong interest in eventing and skiing in the Alps. She has also taken part in Hyrox competitions and this year, she’s training for her first 70.3 Ironman, continuing her pursuit of performance and endurance.
