Britany is a Chartered Physiotherapist with experience across private practice, the NHS and sport. Her clinical background spans musculoskeletal physiotherapy, major trauma and post-operative rehabilitation.
Britany’s approach looks at why you got injured as well as where it hurts. She takes the time to understand the bigger picture: what may have contributed to your injury, how it affects your everyday life, and what you want to get back to doing. By combining expert manual therapy, technology and tailored rehabilitation, she helps clients reduce pain, move with confidence, build habits that last and achieve goals they never thought possible.
Britany specialises in acute back pain, hip, foot and ankle injuries, and persistent tendon problems. She enjoys working with female athletes, runners, tennis players, adolescents, fitness event participants and clients with hypermobility.
She is an APPI Pilates Instructor and has undertaken additional training in movement and running analysis, as well as hip assessment and management. Britany also enjoys delivering training programmes for colleagues and external teams.
Outside the clinic, Britany enjoys strength training, Pilates and running, as well as travelling and spending time outdoors in the mountains!
