Megan Lacey

Physiotherapist / moveBeyond Clinical Pilates Instructor

Megan loves working alongside clients of all ages, supporting them to achieve their goals. She finds great joy in helping people regain confidence and trust in their bodies and movement. With degrees in Psychology and Physiotherapy, Megan has developed a strong understanding of the close connection between mind and body — when one feels calm, the other can thrive.

Having worked as a Physiotherapist in both the NHS and private practice, in the UK, Australia and South Africa, Megan has extensive experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions.

Alongside her work at Leto she also holds a post as a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist within the NHS, supporting women to optimise their health during and after childbirth — a role she feels enormously privileged to undertake.

Megan approaches every patient holistically and believes education is the cornerstone of effective treatment. She aims to implement preventative strategies, reduce the risk of injury, and empower patients with the tools to self-manage their conditions over the long term. Pilates, exercise and movement play a central role in all of her treatment programmes.

Outside of work, Megan has three children who keep her on her toes. She is a keen sportswoman and can often be found running along the river and always enjoying the challenge of a good endurance event.
